RESTORE HOPE NETWORK

The Restored Hope Network is a referral organization helping those with unwanted same-sex attractions.  Offering freedom from homosexuality through various agencies across America, Restored Hope Network ministries are highly regarded counseling organizations.   Each agency has a track record of offering hope to individuals as well as resources to their friends and family with specifically targeted information for youth and adults.  Restored Hope network organizations believe that Christianity offers life changing power over sexual sin, gender confusion and relational problems.  They also help to train church leaders to properly deal with such issues in a truthful and loving manner.

National Association for Research and Therapy of Homosexuality (NARTH)

The National Association for Research and Therapy of Homosexuality (NARTH) is a professional, scientific organization that offers therapeutic assistance to those who struggle with unwanted homosexuality. As an organization, NARTH disseminates educational information, conducts and collects scientific research, promotes effective therapeutic treatment, and provides referrals to those who seek our assistance.  NARTH upholds the rights of individuals with unwanted homosexual attraction to receive effective psychological care and the right of professionals to offer that care. They welcome the participation of all individuals who will join us in the pursuit of these goals. Drs. Charles Socarides, Benjamin Kaufman, and Joseph Nicolosi founded NARTH in 1992 in response to the growing threat of scientific censorship. The organization has grown rapidly to include over 1,000 members.

PFOX –  (Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays & Gays)

PFOX supports families, advocates for the ex-gay community, and educates the public on sexual orientation. Each year thousands of men, women and teens with unwanted same-sex attractions make the personal decision to leave homosexuality. However, there are those who refuse to respect that decision. Consequently, formerly gay persons are reviled simply because they dare to exist!  Without PFOX, ex-gays would have no voice in a hostile environment.  PFOX families do not label their children based on who they are attracted to—feelings can and do change. PFOX families allow for differences of opinion; they do not place requirements on their children nor do their children place them on PFOX Parents.

What would our nation’s founders think about today’s issues?  What was the worldview of America’s founding fathers?  Is there a judeo-christian heritage and history of America that many secularists and atheists are trying to hide from us?  Wallbuilders is an outstanding resource on the rich history of our nation and those historic quotes, acts and facts that those on the far-left don’t want you to see.  This is a great website for students, teachers and homeschool families.
